We are officially a few weeks out from one of the busiest times of year. While December brings a lot of excitement, it can also bring up a lot of unresolved emotions, stress and you might end up feeling like a chicken with their head cut off-running around like a crazy person trying to get everything done.
The problem with being so busy is that we rush full force into the new year - and instead of being relaxed we end up exhausted and running on fumes.

Allow your thoughts to wander (or race) through your head however they do. Don't judge them.
Slowly your mind will begin to slow down and relax. It is in this relaxed state that you can have mental peace and clarity.
